Built for Business Owners Tired of Leaking Revenue
PointWake did not start to sell trendy tools. It started because most business owners do not need more software. They need clearer systems, cleaner handoffs, and the right kind of implementation support. Jonathan Guy holds a Generative AI certificate from the University of Texas at Austin McCombs School of Business.
That is why PointWake operates on an audit-first model. When the real bottleneck is unclear, an engagement begins with a Workflow Growth Plan. When a business already knows what it needs, we scope and quote the build directly. The principle behind every implementation is the same: operations first, automation second, AI last.
PointWake exists to help businesses:
- Stop losing leads to slow or broken follow-up
- Reduce repetitive manual work that drains payroll
- Implement AI only where it truly fits
- Train teams so systems actually get used
- Grow with more control and less chaos
We do not hand you software and leave. We work like part of your team. See what we do, or see what our clients say.

Why Jonathan Is Qualified to Analyze Operations
Jonathan co-owns our own roofing and remodeling company in Texas. That means he is not analyzing missed calls, CRM pipelines, and follow-up automation from the outside. He runs those same systems inside a real small business every day, alongside the crews, the phones, and the customers. He is also completing the Post Graduate Program in Generative AI for Business Applications at the McCombs School of Business, The University of Texas at Austin (May 2026), listed under Credentials below.
Our Roofing Company: Our Proving Ground
PointWake systems run inside our own roofing company first. If a workflow, agent, or automation does not earn its keep in our own small business, we do not sell it to yours.
Team and Delivery Partners
Jonathan Guy is the founder of PointWake. Beyond that, PointWake works with a small delivery bench of specialists in CRM implementation, ad management, and AI automation. Named partners are introduced during scoping.
Client Logos
Client logos are shown only with written permission. Reach out if you want to be featured.
Data Security Commitment
Credentials are stored in secured password vaults. Access is limited to the specific team member doing the work, and it is revoked when the engagement ends. PointWake follows the security controls of the platforms it operates inside, including Google, GoHighLevel, Anthropic, OpenAI, and Stripe.
Account and Data Ownership
Customers own their accounts, data, contact lists, and all paid deliverables, including workflows, SOPs, snapshots, ad accounts, and websites. This is subject to the terms of the underlying platform. For example, Google Business Profile ownership follows Google's rules.
How PointWake Handles Account Access
We prefer to be invited into your existing accounts as a user with the minimum permissions required to do the work. When we must create accounts on your behalf, they are transferred to you at completion. Access is documented in your project handoff.
