Cancellation and Rescheduling
You can reschedule any time up to 24 hours before your session at no charge. Cancellations within 24 hours of the session forfeit the session fee. Rescheduling is done through the link in your booking confirmation email.
Recording Policy
Sessions may be recorded on request for your own use. PointWake does not publish or share client sessions.

Do I need coding experience for these AI classes?
No. These one-on-one AI classes are built for beginners and business owners with no technical background. If you can use email and a web browser, you can follow along. We install the tools on your machine and walk you through your first real task step by step.
What's the difference between a 1:1 AI class and an online course?
An online course is a recorded video you watch alone. A 1:1 AI class is a live, private session with a real person on screen with you, working in your own account or on your own computer. You ask questions in real time and leave with something that actually works, not a to-do list.
What will I learn in my first AI training session?
We pick one bottleneck from your business, install or open the tool together, and finish one real task end to end in 60 minutes. Most beginners leave the first session with a working automation, a first useful AI workflow, or the specific part of GoHighLevel they were stuck on.
