Frequently Asked Questions
Straight answers to the questions most businesses ask before working with us.
What does PointWake actually do?
PointWake audits your workflow, finds where leads, time, and money are leaking, gives you a clear fix plan, and if you choose to move forward, implements the right systems and AI around your business and trains your team to use them. Then we maintain it so it keeps delivering.
Do I have to hire PointWake for implementation after the audit?
No. The audit stands on its own. You can use the findings however you want. If you choose PointWake for implementation, your audit fee is credited in full toward your next step.
How much does a PointWake audit cost?
Audit pricing depends on the size and complexity of your business. We will give you a clear number before you commit. No surprises. No hidden fees.
Why not just buy an AI tool?
Because tools added to a broken workflow usually create more confusion, weaker adoption, and more wasted money. PointWake fixes the workflow first and implements AI second. That is the difference between a tool that gets used and one that sits untouched.
How is PointWake different from a normal automation agency?
Most automation agencies sell software, set up a workflow, and leave. PointWake audits first, builds around your team and current process, trains the users, and maintains the system so it keeps delivering. We stay involved because that is where most implementations fail, after the handoff.
Is PointWake a long-term contract?
No. Implementation is month-to-month. Cancel anytime.
Will this save me money?
The goal is to reduce wasted labor, reduce lost leads, improve follow-up speed, and create more capacity in your team. Actual savings depend on your workflow, team size, close rate, and average customer value. We do not make absolute income claims. But if we are not creating clear value, you should not keep paying for us.
What industries does PointWake work with?
PointWake works with service-based businesses. Home services, professional services, agencies, and similar. If your business relies on lead follow-up, team coordination, and repetitive operational tasks, the audit model applies.
What if I already have a CRM or automation tools?
Good. We do not rip out what is working. The audit evaluates what you already have, identifies what is being underused or misused, and recommends whether to keep it, fix it, replace it, or add to it. We build around your existing stack.
How long does the audit take?
Most audits are completed within 1 to 2 weeks depending on complexity. You will have a clear deliverable with prioritized recommendations at the end.
Every day you wait, broken follow-up keeps costing you money.
If leads are going cold, repetitive work is draining payroll, or your team is working around systems instead of using them, the leak is still there.
