Yes. The recorded training library is free to watch. Private 1:1 training and done-for-you implementation are separate PointWake services.
Did PointWake produce every training video?
No. Most platform walkthroughs are produced by LeadConnector and hosted on YouTube. PointWake curates the sequence and adds practical context and links to related services.
Does every feature appear in every PointWake plan?
No. Feature availability can depend on the selected plan, connected services, account approval and configuration. Contact PointWake before relying on a feature that affects messaging, payments, AI or regulated data.
Can PointWake configure these features for me?
