Get AI Set Up on Your Computer — 1:1, in One Sitting
Most owners never get AI past the chat window. The install instructions read like they were written for a developer, the permission prompts are confusing, and the second something fails you close the tab and go back to email. This 1:1 session fixes that in one sitting.
In 60 minutes we install Claude Cowork on your machine, connect it to a real folder you actually care about, and run your first useful task together. Codex 1:1 training is coming soon. You leave with a working setup, not a folder of unread PDFs.

Who this class is for
Service-business owners, office managers, and operators who want to use AI on their own computer without becoming a developer. If you can join a virtual meeting, you can do this class. We assume you have never opened a terminal.
The class is also a good fit for solo consultants and agency owners who want a repeatable setup before they roll AI out to a small team. We will flag the parts that change when you move from one machine to several.
It is not for engineers or product teams who already ship code. If that is you, skip the class and go straight to our Cowork vs Codex comparison.
What we cover end-to-end
We pick the tool that matches your work, install it cleanly, and prove it runs before the call ends. The class is hands-on. You drive, we coach.
- Tool choice. Cowork for document, spreadsheet, and back-office clean-up is bookable today. Codex for code, scripts, and devops-flavored tasks is coming soon.
- Clean install. Mac and Windows are both supported in the same session. We walk every prompt, including the second permission prompt on macOS that silently breaks first-time users.
- Sandbox folder. A scoped, safe folder so nothing important gets touched on day one. We test read, write, and diff approval together.
- A real first task. Bring three messy customer lists, a stack of proposals, or your service descriptions. You leave with the task done, not a demo.
Format and what to expect
The session is 1:1 and virtual. You get a real guide on screen, real-time troubleshooting, and a recording of your own session afterward. Sessions are capped at one customer per slot on purpose so we stay with you until the tool runs.

Why we audit before we automate
The reason most owners install AI and then never use it is that the underlying workflow is broken. AI on a broken workflow makes the mess faster, not better. Before we automate anything in your business, we diagnose the workflow.
This class is the smallest version of that idea. We diagnose what you actually need AI to do, then we install only what fits. If the answer is that you need a phone workflow and not a desktop tool, we will tell you, and you can use the consult for that instead. See the AI receptionist service if the bottleneck is missed calls and not unread documents.
Our guarantee
You leave the 1:1 session with the tool installed and your first task running. If we cannot finish it inside the hour, we tell you what it takes and you decide whether to book another session or move to a managed engagement. No upsell mid-call.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need any coding experience?
No. The session is designed for owners and operators who have never opened a terminal. If you can join a virtual meeting, you can do this session.
Mac or PC — does it matter?
We support both. You only need to follow the steps for your own machine.
What if I get stuck during the install?
We stay on the call to the end of the hour. If we cannot finish it, we tell you what is blocking it and what it takes to finish, and you decide whether to book another session.
Will I be able to do the install again on another machine?
Yes. The session includes a short, plain-English checklist so you can repeat the install on a second laptop or for a teammate.
Is this the same as your managed service?
No. The session is do-it-with-us. Our managed service runs the workflow for you, end-to-end, and includes monitoring and tuning. Book a free consult if you want to compare.
What happens to my data?
Files stay on your computer. Prompts and the file content the tool needs to do the task are sent to Anthropic for processing, per their data policy. We will walk the privacy settings in the session.
